Garlic Curry Masala

Garlic curry is a blend of 4-5 different types of spices, red chilli flakes, red chilli seeds and various salts with garlic powder as main ingredient. It is used in Indian cooking and each house hold has its own proportion to make this garlic curry powder, unlike curry powder it is used in little quantity (pinch) in cooking to give garlic flavour and aroma in your food & dishes.
