How to Make Masala Omelette
- To make masala omelette break two eggs in a bowl.
- Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, salt and whisk it well to form a foamy well-beaten egg batter.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet or non-stick pan. I prefer a cast-iron skillet for making omelettes for the perfect texture and easy handling.
- Add ghee/butter or oil and allow to heat for a few seconds.
- Pour prepared egg batter into the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Drizzle some oil on the sides of the omelette in the skillet and flip it to cook from the other side as well.
